Personal Site Evaluations for Renewable Energy Projects

We offer a personal site evaluation for our wind, geothermal, hydro, and solar products. Our study and proposals are very labor intensive so we must charge for this service. This fee is deducted from the cost of your project if you proceed with the renewable project. Within 75 miles of the center of Syracuse we charge $495 and for other areas within New York State the fee is $695. Please use this website and links provided to learn as much as possible about the renewable project you are considering  prior to our visit. We also request that you have copies of your utility electric bill and property survey available for us at the time of evaluation.  Some towns have various restrictions on wind systems and you should contact your local codes official to see what the requirements may be. This is the one area we rely on the owner to do some legwork—getting a building permit. Usually it is not difficult and we can help with any information required.
